Tebaji Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide for Members

Tebaji is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Accessing or using this platform means you agree to abide by all of the following rules.

Tebaji reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via your registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The laws and regulations of Bangladesh apply to the use of Tebaji's services. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with the laws of their own country.

To create an account on tebaji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created using false information may be closed at any time and the balance forfeited.

• Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• After creating your account, you may be asked to verify your identity — this is mandatory.

Tebaji reserves the right to decline any account registration, without being required to provide a reason.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If false information is found during verification, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

• Tebaji may request a national ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.
• Certain special promotions or tournaments may have additional eligibility requirements.

Deposits and withdrawals on tebaji can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300.
• Deposits are usually credited to your wallet within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• In some cases, withdrawals may be delayed for verification purposes.
• Withdrawals made outside banking hours may take slightly longer to process.

Tebaji does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking service provider may apply their own charges — these are subject to their own policies.

Tebaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting.

• Wagering Requirement: Withdrawing a bonus requires meeting specific wagering conditions — typically 20–35x the bonus amount.
• Duration: Most bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• A promotion, once: Each member may claim any single promotion only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on tebaji:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Tebaji reserves the right to cancel any bet placed with incorrect odds on the bet slip.
• Pre-match bets cannot be confirmed after a match has started.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• Tebaji is not responsible for bets cancelled due to connectivity issues during live betting.

Tebaji reserves the right to set maximum winning limits. Maximum bet amounts for special events will be stated separately.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on tebaji and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Using false information or a fake identity to claim bonuses.
• Using computer bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activity.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.

Tebaji may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC or identity verification has not been completed.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance before an account is closed; however, this may not apply in cases of terms violations. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be deducted from inactive accounts.

Tebaji treats the protection of your personal information as a top priority. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

• We are required to share information in response to valid requests from legal authorities.

Tebaji will not be held liable for the following:

• If a bet is lost or a transaction fails due to an internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Losses arising from technical errors or server downtime.
• The outcome of a user's betting decisions — as betting is entirely a personal choice.

Tebaji is committed to maintaining a high quality of service at all times. However, technical issues may occasionally cause temporary disruptions — in such cases, we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
